The Community of Practice for Teaching and Learning Podcast

Podcast Recording & Editing

During the 2023-2024 academic year I assisted in the production of The Community of Practice Teaching and Learning Podcast.

Hi! I'm Tara

I’m a multimedia specialist based in Peterborough, Ontario. I graduated from the Media and Communications Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber and co-founded TE Media & Design, a company that offers print and digital media solutions.

I’ve been a photographer since I was 12 and have since developed a passion for all things media. Over the years I have had the joy of inhabiting various roles including a Production Assistant for Eastridge Church, a Communications Assistant for Peterborough County, and a Media Cage Assistant at The University of Guelph-Humber. I’ve also worked on projects such as the Finding the Eastern Wolves campaign which won First Place for Best Video Entertainment Program in Division II of the College Media Association’s 2024 Pinnacle Awards.

I believe in excellence, creativity, and that learning never stops. “Learn. Grow. Create.” is the motto I live by. Whether I’m working from a corner in my room or a studio downtown, I’m dedicated to creating quality work that inspires.
